The stay was good. Breakfast was extremely nice, staff was efficient, place was overall clean. I loved that room was non-smoking and extremely spacious. The bathroom had a bathtub, which was great. Very central location, enjoyable base for discovering Rochester. The quick check-in process too.

I liked the continental breakfast and the attractive room. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. Courteous staff and PERFECT service. Could use their convenient parking. Clean hotel with a very central location really close to the airport. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

This hotel is not ideal, even so its location is easy and staff are very friendly!
The bathrooms are quite small.

You guys made my stay fine. Fairly clean, ideal hotel, spotless rooms and pleasant enough staff. The bed was comfy. Elegant lobby. Very central location, at a medium distance from Oneway.

Unique base for a 1-night stay. Rooms in 6 Rochester - Airport were very clean. We dined out at Kfc, set right by the hotel.

Planned to see Rochester major attractions and it was ideal base for visiting all of them. Regards to your cleaning lady. It is set right off the highway. You can ask for extra blankets too;)))
